The admission process for the B.tech program under any specialization remains the same, wherein the students have to attempt the JEE Main examination, and qualify as per the cut-off, to apply for the JoSAA counseling, for the seat allotment.
For the seat allotment, a counseling process is initiated, wherein the students are evaluated on the basis of the JEE Main rank, academic performance, and category.
Admission Criteria in NIT Patna for NRIs
In NIT, NRI Applications are invited to NIT Patna. Students who all are willing to take admission in this NIT, have to clear JEE Mains. Students have to score 60% and above on their 10+2 in Maths, Chemistry, and Physics to get admission to NIT Patna.
